You have chosen the fantasy genre as your favorite. I'm also a huge fan of fantasy. I love a story with good world building (as long as it doesn't go on forever.) Throw in a little magic, interesting characters, some horrific monsters, a castle, some sword play and a quest for a shiny object, and I'm a happy reader.
