Imagine my surprise this morning when I found my local chipmunk out on a cruise across my bird bath.
We have to do something to control these creatures as it's obvious they have backyard domination on their minds. The birds are squawking about the chipmunks taking over the bird bath. The chipmunks seem to think the back yard is their playground.
I have to admit they're fun to watch, though the neighbor's little boy is getting curious about his missing toys. Luckily, the chipmunk can't go far in the bird bath. It took the little bugger about an hour to get the boat in the water.
